Peer-to-Peer Support
Wellbeing Support Coaches are masters level students in the social work program who are working with Curry Health Center's Wellbeing leadership to provide prevention support for wellbeing issues related to students.
A Wellbeing Support Coach Can Provide:
- 1:1 support for students in-person or via Zoom
- Training and support for faculty and staff on ways to support student wellbeing
- Assistance in locating resources on and off campus
Appropriate Referrals Include:
- Support in coping with: stress, anxiety, and feeling overwhelmed
- Sleep and sleep hygiene
- Time management and procrastination
- Movement and nutrition
- Assistance with the finding the right resource for support
Options for Making a Referral:
