Did you know that we offer free personalized support through our dedicated Wellbeing Support Coaches? Whether you're feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or simply need someone to talk to, our coaches are here to listen and provide guidance.
Why book an appointment?
- Tailored Support: Our coaches will customize their approach to your individual needs, helping you get the most out of your sessions. 1:1 well-being support for students in person or via zoom on the specific areas of wellbeing.
- Comprehensive Wellbeing: We address a range of concerns, from stress and anxiety to time management, sleep, movement, nutrition, and more. We're here to support you in finding the right balance and connecting you with resources that suit your situation.

What Is An Appropriate Referral?
- Support in coping with stress, anxiety, and feeling overwhelmed
- Sleep and Sleep hygiene
- Time Management and Procrastination
- Movement and Nutrition
- Assistance with finding the right resource for support

- Complete referral within Navigate- Select alert reasons “Wellness”
Scheduling is easy!
You can book an appointment with a specific coach or simply choose a time that works best with your schedule. If you are an online student or prefer to meet via zoom please make a note upon booking.
We have a Wellbeing Support Coach embedded into every academic department along with one in ÀÏ»¢»ú¹¥ÂÔ Housing, TRIO, and American Indian Support Services.
