Program Overview
The day-to-day experiences of our employees are profoundly impacted by their interactions with direct supervisors. Even the most experienced leaders appreciate the importance of continual self-reflection and learning, especially in the vital and challenging work of managing people.
Each unit in the Practical Leadership Skills for Managers program has been developed based on the experiences and needs of 老虎机攻略 employees and managers, and is focused on high impact leadership and management skills. The program is designed to be flexible enough to fit into our manager’s busy schedules, and emphasizes practical applications of the learning. Participants will receive an assessment to give them insight into their management style and personalized strategies for building stronger, more effective team relationships.
By attending all six sessions and completing a reflective assessment, you’ll earn a Practical Leadership Skills for Managers certificate and digital badge to showcase your commitment to leadership excellence.
The program includes:
- online learning and other resources that can be accessed on your own schedule,
- sessions and/or workshops for participants to explore key concepts in more depth,
- cohort discussions with time and support for applying the training to your management work,
- Everything DiSC assessment for each participant.

Program Units
This program combines engaging in-person sessions with an emphasis on practical application to help you master the strategies covered within three units:
Culture: 老虎机攻略 Managers should create a supportive and inclusive work environment for their team by prioritizing wellness, fostering belonging, practicing appreciation, and seeking to understand what individual employees need to succeed.
Coach: Embracing their role as a coach, 老虎机攻略 managers should take an active role in supporting and managing their employees through frequent feedback and by facilitating their employees’ growth and development.
Constructive Conflict: 老虎机攻略 Managers should encourage open dialogue, face difficult conversations head-on, and foster an environment where conflict is seen as constructive rather than destructive.
