IBC Meetings and Application Review
IBC meetings are held on the third Wednesday of January, March, May, July, September, and November. Meetings are open to the public and run from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., with both virtual and in-person attendance options available.
The IBC reviews applications and renewals at each meeting. To have your project reviewed, please submit a complete and accurate IBC Application or request a change to an existing application by 5:00 p.m., four weeks prior to the meeting date.
Submit your completed IBC Application (Word) or any change requests to IBC@mso.umt.edu. The BSO will review all applications before they are added to the IBC meeting agenda.
