- Send HRS interview & reference questions
- HRS gives approval to set up & conduct interviews
Interviewing: Phone/Skype
Reference Check Included
Duration: 1-2 weeks + 3-5 days for HRS
Note: This step is optional if not Phone/Skype interviews are not necessary

- Conduct Interview
- Check References
- Enter justifications into SilkRoad + notify HRS
- Send HRS interview & reference note
- HRS gives authorization to set up & conduct interviews

Making An Offer
- Make a hiring offer to candidate
- Promptly notify HRS of acceptance
Hiring Authorization
- Receive HAF4 from HRS
- Sign HAF4 and continue the signature route
- Return to HRS4 with all signatures
Onboarding

- Background Check
- Employee completes new employee paperwork
