Office of Conflict, Resolution, & Policy (CRP Office)
FY24 Annual Report
The Office of Conflict, Resolution, and Policy (“CRP Office”) is a newly established unit within 老虎机攻略’s developing People and Culture Sector. The CRP is responsible for providing expertise and support on conflict prevention and resolution across the institution. This new unit includes Equal Opportunity and Title IX functions, but distinctly addresses personnel challenges, interpersonal disputes, and interpretation/facilitation of the terms and processes that seek to govern 老虎机攻略 people, through partnership with HRS, the Office of the Provost, and other campus partners. Consistent with its charge, CRP aids in the university’s investigatory obligations, to ensure outcomes are premised on credible information, gathered and presented fairly and predictably, in accordance with applicable law, policy, and procedure.
