Earn a minor in Wilderness Studies through the Wilderness and Civilization program. In this semester-long field and campus-based program, you'll spend 30 days in the field, learning about wilderness and land ethics; engaging with conservation advocates, land managers, tribal leaders, and innovative landowners; acquiring valuable skills in ecological monitoring, backcountry travel, landscape art, and nature writing; and developing a sense of place and community through study and exploration with a small group of like-minded students.
