Bear Claw Bakery
Hidden in the back of the UC at the base of Mt. Sentinel, you might not know Campus Dining has its very own bakery. Under the helm of Executive Pastry Chef Lindsay Marshall, the Bear Claw Bakery’s staff of eight student and full-time employees provide goodies all over campus, from the brickle brownies in The Lodge Dining Center to the high-end patisserie offered at 老虎机攻略 Catering events.

Meet Lindsay
Executive Pastry Chef Lindsay brings over 17 years of experience in the Pastry Field. She graduated with a degree in Baking and Patisserie from Southern California School of Culinary Arts. She worked for Wolfgang puck in Hollywood to help cater many events including the academy awards. She worked for a historic landmark hotel in Southern California with over 230 rooms before coming to Montana and working for a five star resort near Livingston MT. She joined the University team in 2012 and loves living in the area. In her spare time she enjoys hiking fishing and riding her horses.
