What do you enjoy most about your work?
Outreach events with students are my favorite part of working in the Wellbeing office. It's always a great time at the various events we host around campus.
How do you integrate wellness into your own life?
When I’m not at the office, I integrate wellness into my life through activities that bring me joy. Officiating games for the local roller derby team, binge-watching anime like its my own personal training montage, and spending time with my dogs all help to keep me happy.

How do you integrate wellness into your own life?
Gratitude is about cherishing life's essentials. I'm thankful for moving my body, staying hydrated, reconnecting with friends and family, and engaging in activities that bring joy, learning, and laughter. These simple yet profound practices enrich my life daily.
What is one piece of advice you would give to students for maintaining their well-being?
Each of our wellness journeys is unique. If I could suggest one thing, it would be to pay attention to the moments when you feel calm, joyful, and peaceful—and try to do more of those things.

What inspired you to work in the field of wellness?
From a young age, I was naturally drawn to health and wellness. Helping others is an integral part of who I am, and being able to support people on their wellness journeys is a privilege that I deeply value.
How do you integrate wellness into your own life?
In addition to my role as Wellbeing Director, I'm also a mother of two young girls, which makes my wellness a top priority. I make sure to incorporate movement into my daily routine and focus on eating nutritious food, staying hydrated, and spending quality time with my family and my pup Knicks.

Tori:
What inspired you to work in the field of wellness?
My passion in life is to help people holistically. Growing up, my mom always taught me to be compassionate because we never know what people may be going through, and as someone who has personal experiences grappling with different aspects of well-being, I want to be able to support others in any way I can.
Susan:
How do I integrate wellness into my own life?
In my personal life, I strive to maintain a balance among four key aspects of health and well-being: mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical. For physical health, I participate in yoga and regular exercise, while also eating a balanced diet. To support my mental and emotional health, I prioritize getting enough sleep each night and reach out for support when needed. On a spiritual level, I actively practice my faith.
