Poster presenters strongly are encouraged to receive suggestions on their poster file drafts, prior to submitting completed versions to ScholarWorks for printing. Stop by Mansfield Library 316 (main level, by the Writing Center) between 2-5pm to proofread your poster file, as well as support other presenters who are at this final stage in the poster-making process. |

For poster presenters using Paw Print to print their posters, each poster file, in final draft form, must be uploaded to ScholarWorks by 11:59pm to allow for adequate printing time. No poster edits will be permitted after this deadline—no exceptions. |

All final oral presentation slides and performance media files (e.g., video and audio recordings) must be uploaded to ScholarWorks by 10am. These submissions will be the final versions used during the conference. There are no exceptions to this deadline because late submissions will not be received in time for publishing in the final schedule. For poster presenters who used Paw Print to print their poster, posters will be ready for pick up by 12pm (noon). Poster presenters are responsible for bringing their own poster to display on the day of the conference in the UC's South Ballroom. |
