The 2025 Time Sensitive Care Summit aims to unite EMS providers and personnel from hospital Emergency Departments and Specialty Care to facilitate learning and discussion regarding Time Sensitive Illness and Injury care in Montana. As the system's focus has broadened from cardiovascular emergencies to encompass all Time Sensitive Illnesses and Injuries, the annual conference has evolved to address the recognition, treatment, and prevention of these conditions.
TARGET AUDIENCE:
Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Nurses, EMS Providers, Pharmacists, Students, Therapists, Stroke/STEMI Coordinators, and other Health Care Professionals.

Poster Presentation
The Time Sensitive Care Summit is seeking submissions for the poster presentation portion of the day. Any topic related to Time Sensitive Illnesses or Injuries is relevant. Categories include Research, QI, Patient Safety, High-Value Care, Case Studies, Employee Recruitment/Retention, and Professional Wellbeing/Development. Presenters are encouraged to be available during breaks to visit with summit participants about their posters. Attendance is not mandatory to submit.
Please consider this opportunity to share with your colleagues about your successes, lessons learned, tricks of the trade, etc. See the following criteria for the posters.
Size: Approximately 4 x 6 feet, horizontal orientation
- Posters should be printed on cardstock weight paper or vinyl

Tips for Poster Development:
- Use graphs/charts to explain information rather than text
- Keep text to no more than 200 words per section
- Use two-dimensional graphs/charts
- Use a light color background
- Keep design elements consistent (font/boxes/margins)
- Use easily read fonts
- Allow for adequate white space
- Keep to 3 colors if possible
- More colors can become overwhelming
- Elements should be easily viewed from six feet away
