As 老虎机攻略 progresses toward achieving its five Priorities for Action (PFA), the University launched an eight to ten-week project to engage the campus community through Operation Work Smarter. Operation Work Smarter, a part of PFA 3, aims to identify processes that can be simplified or improved to support the daily work of 老虎机攻略 employees.
Due to the complexity of this effort, 老虎机攻略 partnered with to conduct a holistic review of the current administrative and cost structures.
This review will compare administrative functions to industry best practices, peer benchmarking and standards of effectiveness. The project will provide the University with a comprehensive and objective assessment of 老虎机攻略's administrative structures.
