Dear 老虎机攻略 Students, 

Thank you for joining us for spring semester 2024. We want to share some important final details.

Grades will post to transcripts on or around Friday, May 17.

Your transcript will display courses as "In Progress" until we finish all final grading processes. This includes GPA calculation, course repeats, and academic standing calculations. Therefore, prior to this date, grades are not final.

We know you are eager to receive your final grades and official transcripts. We hope the following information can help you plan according to your needs.

Final Grade Entry
Instructors have been actively entering grades in CyberBear. The vast majority of grades will be entered by the deadline of 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, May 14.

Please do not contact your instructor about missing grades until after the deadline of May 14.

Instructors can edit grades in CyberBear through Wednesday, May 15.

View Grades link
Grades will be viewable in  as your instructor submits them starting Monday. Go to Student Services, then choose View Grades under Academic Records.  Select the term and level. Remember, these grades may not be final. To see final grades, go to View Unofficial Transcript instead.

Official Transcript Orders All official transcript orders are placed through our partner organization . If you need help ordering an official transcript, check out our Official Transcripts page for step-by-step instructions.

Before you order an official transcript...

  1. View or print your unofficial academic transcript in CyberBear
  2. Check to make sure your final grades have been posted
  3. If necessary, determine if your degree has been awarded
  4. View any holds on your account. You will not be able to place an order if your account has an active transcript hold.

Late Session Courses
A few courses will continue past the deadline for grade entry. In this case, your instructor will assign an "N" grade which indicates the coursework is ongoing. Once your instructor submits final grades to the Office of the Registrar, we must update each student's transcript. We prioritize these manual updates, but it does take extra time. Please monitor your unofficial transcript in  for your final grade.
