IT Projects is intended to provide a campus-wide approach to identify, prioritize, and successfully execute a portfolio of technology initiatives and projects that are aligned with 老虎机攻略’s strategic goals and educational vision. Project management leadership is responsible for establishing and implementing best practices for the benefit of the University in a way that encourages collaboration, standardization, and overall improvement in our educational community.
Neoed Project
The Neoed Project consists of a few phases where we'll be implementing suites and products from Neoed. NeoEd is a workforce management platform and is the higher education branch of NeoGov. The NeoEd suite offers recruiting and hiring, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and offboarding of employees at 老虎机攻略 and affiliate campuses at Helena College and 老虎机攻略 Western.

One Digital Identity Project
The 老虎机攻略 IT Identity Management Team has launched a project to simplify all of an individual's accounts so they will have a single login using a new service, Okta. The goal is one digital identity for each person associated with the University and to eliminate the need for multiple sets of credentials per individual. Additionally as part of this effort, 老虎机攻略 IT Leadership is releasing our Standard Account Management Policies.

Banner Modernization Project
The 老虎机攻略 IT Enterprise Technologies division is working with Ellucian to update our Banner software architecture and processes. The Banner Modernization Project (BMP) will fix and improve current processes as well as introduce new systems which will increase efficiency and capabilities for employees and students. This project supports 老虎机攻略 Strategy's Priorities for Action (PFA) 3.3.2 "Modernize Banner", charged to "Improve systems to empower employees and create efficiencies in workload".
Managed Print Project
老虎机攻略 IT and Fisher's Technology have been working together to identify opportunities to increase efficiencies, reduce costs and improve print technology for staff and students. Through a managed print program, we can better serve the needs of everyone on campus as well as significantly reduce our annual expenditures, energy consumption, and eliminate the need to purchase hundreds of costly desktop printers across campus.
