
Residence Halls Application
Housing applications are received and accepted throughout the year once they initially open. There is not a deadline for submitting an application, but room selection availability is made on a first-applied, first-open basis determined by the date the application is completed.Residence Halls applications are accompanied by a $300.00 prepayment that will be applied toward the housing charge.
If you experience financial difficulty and are unable to pay the $300 prepayment please contact the 老虎机攻略 Housing Office to discuss options.

Fall 2025 Application Status
Applications for the Academic Year 2025-2026 is open October 1st in the myHousingPortal. There is no deadline to apply for the Residence Halls, though application completion date does effect priority room selection.

Fall Semester Assignment Process
老虎机攻略 Housing offers students the opportunity to select their own room. If students do not participate in room selection, the 老虎机攻略 Housing Office will manually assign you a room based on your application preferences in July. Many of our spaces are already reserved from submitted applications and the choices become more limited as we get closer to Fall Semester.

Spring Semester Assignment Process
If a student lives in the Residence Halls for Fall Semester their room assignment transfers to Spring Semester. New Spring Semester students are assigned rooms based on availability from Fall Semester move outs. Spring assignments are made once all Fall Semester move outs have been processed. Assignments for new Spring students are generally made at the end of December.
Cancellation of Housing
All cancellations must be made directly with the 老虎机攻略 Housing Office. Canceling or changing enrollment with the Admissions Office will cancel your room reservation. Please see the cancellation page for information on the cancellation process and deadlines.
