Some graduate programs have orientation sessions for their graduate students and others do not.
The following is a non-inclusive list of programs that have indicated to the Graduate School that they do have orientation sessions. If your program is listed here and you have not yet received information about the orientation session, contact your program.
If your program does not have an orientation session, plan to be on campus at least one week before school starts so you can make an advising appointment with a faculty member in your program. The week before school starts is final registration. You will have time during that week to meet a faculty member for academic advising and register for classes.
Workshop for New Teaching Assistants
If you are student teaching in the Fall 2024 and/or Spring 2025 semesters you will receiving an email with information for an online orientation course to your student email so watch for that!
