Projects
Family to Family Health Information Centers have two primary responsibilities: assisting families in navigating healthcare for their children, and participating in systems change by sharing families’ needs with decision makers and service providers. The MT F2F can only share impactful stories with policymakers if the team connects with diverse families of children and youth with healthcare needs. Our team builds relationships with families through outreach and training focused on education and empowerment. We also collaborate with a growing network of agencies and programs serving both rural and urban families across the great state of Montana.
