Women in Leadership Cohort
Master's Degree in Educational Leadership with Principal Licensure
- Focus on school leadership from a female perspective
- All courses instructed by successful women in school leadership
- The cohort will be directed by Dr. Erica Allen, former Montana principal and superintendent
- All courses will be online with two group meetings each semester via Zoom. Students will not be required to come to campus during this cohort.
- Cost: 37 Credits @ $350/Credit =$12,950
- The cohort will begin in January 2025 and end in December 2025.

- Graduate School Application
- Cover Letter specifying their interest in this specific cohort
- Two Letters of Reference addressing applicant’s leadership potential
- Current Professional Resume
- Official Transcripts from completed Bachelor's Degree
- Essay addressing the following issues in a well-developed, double spaced, 200-word essay:
- Career goals (Why are you interested in pursuing a degree in educational leadership?)
- Professional objectives and how the program will contribute toward your role as a school/institutional leader.
