Programs of Compliance
老虎机攻略 has organized its overlapping compliance obligations into ten Programs of Compliance. Each Program encompasses numerous obligations that fall into various issue areas. These obligations are coordinated and carried out by subject matter experts across campus. 老虎机攻略’s Institutional Compliance Director collaborates with Compliance Issue Area leaders and subject matter experts to support the ten Programs of Compliance on campus.
Accreditation
Encompasses compliance with accrediting organizations and laws
Advancement
Encompasses efforts by the 老虎机攻略 Foundation related to donor and gift compliance obligations
Athletics
Encompasses compliance with NCAA rules among other issues
Business Operations
Encompasses everything from contracts and procurement to tax obligations, benefits and wages
Campus Safety and Health
Encompasses everything from environmental health and safety, to crime reporting, to emergency management
Civil Rights
Encompasses a broad array of non-discrimination laws and obligations

Encompasses financial aid compliance and reporting

Encompasses privacy afforded to different types of records and other elements of information security

Encompasses the broad array of compliance obligations related to sponsored research and creative scholarship

Encompasses compliance obligations over the lifecycle of a student from admission to graduation and includes student misconduct.
