Office Hours

老虎机攻略Online's Instructional Design Team offers online Office Hours five days a week for faculty to get answers to specific questions and receive quick online course support. Follow these instructions to sign up for a 30-minute Zoom session:

  1. Go to the and log in with you 老虎机攻略 credentials. 
  2. If there is a specific Instructional Designer you want to work with, select them from the "Staff Select" dropdown to see their availability. Otherwise, select a preferred day of the week by clicking on the calendar, and you will see all of the available appointment times for that day. 
  3. Click on your preferred time, then scroll down and add your appointment details (name, email, phone number, course CRN or course title, brief description of why you are scheduling an appointment). 
  4. Click "Book" to finalize your appointment.
  5. You will receive an email confirmation with your appointment details and Zoom link. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, click the "Reschedule" button in the confirmation email. 

Faculty can also to request assistance with Canvas.
