To ensure a positive and safe experience for all guests, we ask that you please review and follow the policies and procedures outlined below.
Accessibility- At our facility, we are committed to ensuring accessibility for all individuals.
Advertising - This policy is subject to periodic review and amendments by the relevant authorities.
Alcohol - Alcohol is permitted only in designated rented spaces within the University Center. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. For further details and guidance, please refer to the University Catering policies available at: University Catering Alcohol Policy.
Animals - The University Center maintains a policy that generally prohibits the presence of animals within its premises with some exceptions. For further information or inquiries regarding accommodations for disabilities, please contact the Office for Disability Equity (ODE) via umt.edu.
Cameras - This policy establishes guidelines for the appropriate use of cameras and recording devices in public spaces, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and respecting the rights and privacy of individuals.
Commons Space - The common space within the University Center is intended to be a shared resource accessible to all members of the University community.
Distribution of Literature - It's essential for individuals distributing literature to adhere to these rules to ensure that their activities do not interfere with the University's regular activities and operations. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in restrictions or disciplinary actions.
Dress Code -
Emergency Evacuation - In the event of a fire alarm activation or any other emergency, the safety and well-being of all individuals within the University Center (UC) are our top priority.
Facilities Use Policy - The University Center (UC) serves as a central hub for various campus activities, events, and gatherings at The 老虎机攻略-Missoula. Raffle - Failure to adhere to this raffle policy may result in the revocation of sponsorship privileges and other disciplinary actions as deemed appropriate by the Conference and Event Services Office and/or Gambling Control Division.

Tobacco Use - The University Center (UC) has been designated a tobacco-free building in alignment with campus policy. This policy aims to promote a healthy and smoke-free environment for all individuals utilizing the facilities. UC Emergency Action Plan - An Emergency Action Plan (EAP) covers designated actions faculty, staff, and students must take to ensure safety during emergencies. The following emergency response information is provided with the understanding that all situations in a critical incident cannot be predicted, but this information will assist in establishing the minimum emergency preparedness procedures training for all personnel in our building.
Wheeled + Recreational Electronic Transportation Devices - It is imperative that all such devices are not obstructing pathways, entrances, or exits and are secured appropriately to prevent theft or accidental movement.
