Personal Summary
Will Hoard joined RTC:Rural in November of 2023. He earned his BA in English Literature with a minor in Theatre from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, OR. After college, he pursued a certificate in User Experience Research and Design.
During his time at Lewis and Clark College, Will worked as a student coordinator for the school's office of accessibility. It was during this time that he became passionate about accessible disability services. This passion, along with his love of beautiful web design and the English language, is what drew him to the Knowledge Translation Position at the Rural Institute.
Originally from Great Falls, MT, Will moved back to Montana after spending 7 years in Portland, OR. He loves being back in Montana and calling Missoula his new home. In his spare time, he enjoys running, hot yoga, spending time with his family and partner, and his dog, Maisie.
