Registration Change Deadline: 15th Class Day

Dear Students,

Have you finished editing your Spring 2024 class registration? Double-check your schedule in  to avoid late course add/drop fees!

Wednesday, February 7 at 11:59 p.m.. (yes, 11:59 p.m.., no longer 5 p.m..) is your last chance to: 

  • Drop individual classes with no "W" on your transcript
    • No permission required
    • No $20 late drop fee
    • Refunds where applicable
    • Use CyberBear to drop individual courses. You must instead withdraw to drop all/your last remaining class (see below).
    • DROP A CLASS instructions are listed under "Before the 15th Class Day."
  • Withdraw from the WHOLE semester with a partial refund
  • Add a class with a digital registration override
    • No advisor permission required
    • No $20 late add fee
    • Counts toward full-time status (12 credits) for Federal Pell Grant purposes
    • ADD A CLASS instructions are listed under the "Before the 15th Class Day."
       
  • Change grade options and variable credits without permission
    • ​Switch to or from credit/no credit grading (if the course allows)
    • Switch to or from audit
    • Edit credit load in variable credit courses
    • CHANGE GRADE MODE and ADJUST VARIABLE CREDIT HOURS instructions are listed under "Before the 15th Class Day."

We recommend using a laptop/desktop for these changes as mobile devices may be difficult to navigate this page.
