Early Session Course Deadline Reminders - Spring 2024

Dear Student,

You are registered for one or more courses that runs for just the first part of the spring 2024 semester.

Course drop and change deadlines approach quickly and vary from session to session. The full dates and deadlines are posted on the Office of the Registrar's Important Dates and Deadlines Calendar page.

Here are some highlights:

8-Week Session I (1/18 - 3/12)

  • Tuesday, Jan. 30, at 11:59 p.m. is your last chance to drop an 8-Week Session I class with refunds where applicable. In , go to Student Services, Registration, Register for Classes, then Drop/Delete
    and Submit.
  • Monday, Mar. 11, at 11:59 p.m. is your last chance to drop or change an 8-Week Session I class. In , go to Student Services then Course Add/Change/Drop to initiate your request to collect necessary approvals. Approval is not guaranteed. No refunds. Fees may apply.

10-Week Session I (1/22 - 4/5)

  • Friday, Feb. 2 at 11:59 p.m. is your last chance to drop a 10-Week Session I class with refunds where applicable. In , go to Student Services, Registration, Register for Classes, then Drop/Delete and Submit.
  • Thursday, Apr. 4, at 11:59 p.m. is your last chance to drop or change a 10-Week Session I. In , go to Student Services then Course Add/Change/Drop to initiate your request to collect necessary approvals. Approval is not guaranteed. No refunds. Fees may apply.

Remember:

  • You can’t drop your only/last class on CyberBear. To do so, submit a Semester Withdrawal form for refunds where applicable. For refund questions, review the refunds page or call Student Account Services at (406) 243-2223.
  • The final bill payment deadline is February 7. More information from Student Account Services is online.
