2025 Summer Exploration Cancellation Policy
The following policies exist to encourage commitment when registering for the program, as well as to cover costs incurred by the 老虎机攻略 and the Wild Rockies Field Institute when a student withdraws from the program for any reason.
- If a student withdraws from the program on or before June 1, 2025, the student will receive a refund of 85% ($2,550) of the program payment paid.
- If a student withdraws from the program between June 2 and June 14, 2025, the student will receive a refund of 50% ($1,500) of the program payment paid.
Refunds will not be issued on June 15, 2025 or thereafter. This includes, but is not limited to:
- The June 15 – July 6, 2025 timeframe prior to the start of the program.
- "No shows" at the program start date (July 7, 2025).
- Students who choose to leave or who are dismissed during the program (July 7-19, 2025) for any reason (including injury or illness).
