Personal Summary
Chandali Vinyard is a Program Officer at the Mansfield Center, primarily overseeing the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative Professional Fellows Program (YSEALI PFP), a fully-funded exchange program sponsored by the U.S. Department of State. Prior to moving to Montana, Chandali served as a member of the United States Foreign Service with the U.S. Department of State, with postings in Kyiv, Ukraine; Toronto, Canada; and Washington, D.C. She has also previously worked as an International Admissions Counselor primarily supporting students from China and India, and studied abroad during university in Budapest, Hungary.
A lifelong traveler and Colorado native, Chandali is passionate about the power of intercultural connection and diplomacy, and is thrilled to be contributing to the Mansfield Center’s mission of fostering globally minded leaders of integrity.
